Chris Collins’ Signature Services

The following “Terms of Service” (hereinafter referred to as the “TOS" or "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing your Chris Collins’ Signature Service Success Agreement.

SCOPE OF WORK

Chris Collins Inc. provides consulting services and training for your service manager and his/her department. We provide managers with the tools to implement effective systems and strategies for lasting profitability and customer retention.

SERVICE SUCCESS SYSTEM OPTIONS

The On-Demand platform provides trackable training to get your service department measurable results, increased fixed absorption, and increased customer retention. You’ll achieve consistent improving results, month after month, in direct correlation to the commitment level your team puts into our system. You and your management team will have SUPER ADMIN access to group reporting so you can hold people accountable to training completion. Our motto is: “Training isn't something that we did, training is something that we do!”

Complete On-Demand Training for the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians (unlimited users per rooftop).

This training includes:

• Service Advisor Training
• Morning Meeting Pops
• Technician Training and Time Management
• The Technician Tree - Technician Recruiting
• BDC Certification Training
• Car Doctor Clinic
• Pet the Dog Customer Service Training
• Gamification - Playing for Profits
• Entry for each manager into Service Manager Challenge

COMMITMENT, PRICE, AND NUMBER OF USERS

As with any system, you get out of it what you put into it. We fully champion your efforts and are available to support and empower you, yet we do not, and cannot, do your work for you. With hundreds of dealerships, we have seen the results that our service managers achieve when they apply the system on their own, with our support. 

Length of Commitment:  Agreement is month-to-month. Cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice emailed to [email protected].

Number of Users for On-Demand Training:  Unlimited users for each rooftop with    (1 rooftop)**

Service Drive Revolution On-Demand Platform :

$249.95 monthly 1st rooftop each additional rooftop at $99*

Additional rooftops must be added as acquired**, Following the first month of service, a monthly payment, on the same day of each month will be a recurring charge for the following month’s service at $249.95 made through auto-pay with the card on file for each store.
