Sales Director Professional

We are seeking someone to help us drive new client acquisition in our Sales/Market Development department. The person made for this role has sold to dealers/dealerships in the past. You have worked for NADA, NCM, Grant Cardone, Joe Verde, Jeff Cowan, or the like. You have contacts in the automotive industry and are excited about connecting our services to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to build and grow a team
  • Onboard and train new sales reps
  • Implement and execute ideas
  • Set goals, track performance and hold team accountable
  • CRM – help team log communication, manage leads and sale cycle
  • Assist with prospecting when necessary
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Proven track record
  • Strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong Communicator
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • B2B Sales experience (automotive or software a big plus)
  • Outgoing with a genuine interest in other people
  • Ownership Mentality
