Chris Collins’ Signature Coaching Agreement
The following “Terms of Service” (hereinafter referred to as the “TOS" or "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing your Chris Collins’ Signature Service Success Agreement.
SCOPE OF WORK
Services: The client, , represented by , has engaged Chris Collins Inc. to provide consulting services and training for the service managers and service department. Consulting services and training include on-demand training, processes and systems that enable your service manager to analyze current business obstacles, challenges, and opportunities, identify and implement solutions, scope missed opportunities and potential profit options, and improve organization, employee efficiency, and department profitability.
We provide managers with the tools to implement effective systems and strategies for lasting profitability and customer retention. The following is an overview of price, services, and benefits you received in our full spectrum, six-component system.

COMMITMENT, PRICE AND NUMBER OF USERS
As with any system, you get out of it what you put into it. We fully champion your efforts and are available to support and empower you, yet we do not, and cannot, do your work for you. With hundreds of dealerships, we have seen the results that our service managers achieve when they apply the system on their own, with our support.
Length of Commitment: Agreement is month to month. Cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice emailed to [email protected].
Number of Users: Unlimited users for one rooftop.
SERVICE SUCCESS SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Service Manager Boot Camp
Head Coach Christian Lafferty will conduct a semi-private workshop for your service manager(s) and general manager(s). He will develop a customized kick-off strategy for effectively rolling our systems out on your drive. *In person at Chris Collins Inc predetermined location
Regularly Scheduled Webcast/Service Drive Revolution Podcast
Hosted by Chris and our coaching team, we produce a regularly occurring webcast and/or podcast during the months when we do not meet in person. They last approximately thirty minutes to an hour and are recorded and are always available for reference at a later date.
Monthly Private Coaching Calls
We know timely situations come up outside of regularly scheduled meetings and training which require a personal approach. We are here to support your service manager with the right information. Your personal Chris Collins Inc. coach will be available to meet with your managers on private Coaching Calls to give them the support they need to implement our systems.
Service Manager/Service Advisor Monthly Competition
Your advisors and managers will have fun competing for prizes in our monthly competition for service advisors and managers. Our proprietary software is unique and is a great motivator to increase sales.
Our proprietary leaderboard and benchmarking software is a tool that helps managers understand where they rank as they compete against top managers and service advisors across the country. Rankings are uploaded twice weekly and winners (Top Dogs) are announced monthly. This provides constant motivation for your people to keep improving and makes work fun.
Annual Top Dog Event
Each year, we host a workshop for all members of the Chris Collins’ Coaching Group. This is a workshop with various guest speakers, designed to motivate our members to perform at the top of their game. We recognize their wins and award the Service Manager of the Year and Service Advisor of the Year. Your advisors come home fired up and motivate the rest of your team to hit their goals. It is the most talked about event in the Industry for service advisors
Quarterly Service Manager Meetings
Quarterly, we offer a two-day, off-site meeting, to get service managers out of their comfort zone, in a distraction free environment among top performing peers from other markets. Members discuss what is working, what is not working, and set performance goals. Each manager leaves with an action plan and each member of the group holds them accountable for their results. Managers bring the best systems and practices back home and stay sharp. We invite guest experts to these meetings, from whom we learn ninja business practices and strategies that improve our standards, practices, personal habits, and increase the bottom line.
Chris Collins’ On-Demand Training: Service Advisor Sales Breakthrough, Service Manager University & Technician Training
The On-Demand platform provides trackable training to get your service department measurable results, increased fixed absorption, and increased customer retention. You’ll see dramatic improvements in labor sales, CSI, HPRO and your effective labor rate; most times even within the first 60-90 days. You’ll achieve consistent improving results, month after month, in direct correlation to the commitment level your team puts into our system.
Our training includes a manager dashboard and usage reports designed to hold your team accountable. The Training Center hosts content that is relevant to the level of each user. We have Service Manager University, Service Advisor Academy and our new Technician Training was just added. The On-Demand platform is easy to use, courses are short and the info is delivered in a way that’s proven to be simple and easy to retain. The training is designed to be used by every employee in your service department and for managers to reinforce during weekly and/or monthly training meetings in a group setting. Our motto is: “Training isn't something that we did, training is something that we do!”
LIVE- IN-DRIVE TRAINING
A coach will be personally assigned to your store to help guide your service manager and service advisors through a week on the service drive*. After a complete assessment of the dealership, including a tour of the facility and introduction to the staff, your coach will review the kickoff process and discuss implementation strategy. Each day of the week will start with prep for a daily shift meeting and daily game. After the shift meeting, the drive processes will be reviewed and live advisor training will commence. Each day, your coach will use their time on the drive to identify opportunities and work with the staff to perfect sustainable processes. Before the week concludes, your coach will have a final meeting with management and do a complete wrap-up where tools for ongoing success will be reviewed and plans for next steps will be discussed.
*Please note that the transportation and accommodations for the entire length of stay of the coach provided by Chris Collins Inc. to perform In-Drive Trainings are not covered in the terms of this agreement and will be billed separately upon completion of services.
*Dates will be scheduled with your coach as soon as possible, according to the availability of both the coach and dealership management. The Quarterly client will receive their visit in the third month of their agreement. Visits are subject to change based on client or coach availability, or extenuating circumstances.
*Fees are non-refundable.
LIMITATIONS ON USE
You agree not to sell, publish, distribute, retransmit or otherwise provide access to the content received through Chris Collins Inc. to anyone, including your fellow employees, without the express written permission of Chris Collins Inc. Said permission is at Chris Collins Inc.’s sole discretion and may be revoked at any time with written notice. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any material for any commercial purpose.
You agree not to use the Chris Collins Inc. website for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Chris Collins Inc. websites if, in our opinion, your use of the Chris Collins Inc. websites may violate any laws, infringe upon another person’s rights or violate the terms of this Agreement. Also, we may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark or other proprietary right or law, or is vulgar, unsuitable or otherwise offensive in our sole discretion.
CHRIS COLLINS INC. TRADEMARK OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Without Chris Collins Inc.’s express written prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, any Chris Collins Inc. trademarks or any other intellectual property.
Please note that any information you post to a public discussion forum or chat room, such as the Discussion Forums, is available to all persons accessing that site. We have no way of preventing individuals or companies from contacting you if they’ve seen your information publicly posted.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created between any user and Chris Collins Inc. by the Terms.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices to Chris Collins Inc. regarding this Agreement shall be sent to Chris Collins Inc. 1010 Wilshire Blvd. #103 Los Angeles CA 90017. Any notice to a user shall be given to the name and address submitted at the time of registration.
This Agreement is the exclusive and entire agreement between you and Chris Collins Inc. concerning your use of Chris Collins Inc. and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, negotiations or other dealings between you and Chris Collins Inc. regarding your use of Chris Collins Inc. You agree that this Agreement, as well as any and all claims arising from this Agreement will be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The sole and exclusive forum for principles and the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of this Agreement will be an appropriate federal or state court located in California.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement nor will it be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. This Agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations, by operation of law or otherwise, under this Agreement to anyone and no third party is a beneficiary of your rights under this Agreement.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
Chris Collins Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties related to any use of the Chris Collins Inc. websites, and further Chris Collins Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties that the Chris Collins Inc. websites will meet any requirements or needs you may have, or that they will operate error free. In addition, you agree that Chris Collins Inc. provides access to the Chris Collins Inc. websites “as is” and on an “as available” basis and makes no warranty with regard to the services or the suitability of the services for your needs. We specifically disclaim any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any representations or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The services of any content in/on the Chris Collins Inc. websites do not provide investment, financial or tax advice, and should not be used to make any investment decisions. We do not advocate the purchase or sale of any security or investment, not do we endorse or sponsor the products, goods or services of any user of the online community. You should always seek the assistance of a professional for tax, financial and investment advice.
Chris Collins Inc. makes no express, implied or statutory warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so this disclaimer may not apply to you and you may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction. No Chris Collins Inc. agent or employee is authorized to make any modifications, extensions, or additions to this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Chris Collins Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, officers, employees, agents, licensees, or licensors, or its suppliers or resellers (either jointly or severally) be liable to you or any other person, including without limitation, for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential damages or other loss of any character, relating to the Chris Collins Inc. websites or content posted therein, this agreement or activities relating thereto even if Chris Collins Inc. shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages. The limit of the aggregate liability of Chris Collins Inc. for direct damages shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid for Chris Collins Inc. “Chris Collins Inc. Mastermind® online” program. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then Chris Collins Inc. liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Chris Collins’ Signature Coaching Program and Quarterly Live-in-Drive*: $6,495.00 USD monthly access and Live-in-Drives performed quarterly
*Following the first month of service, a monthly payment, on the same day of each month will be a recurring charge for the following month’s service at $6,495.00 USD made through auto-pay with the card on file for each store.
Total to be paid upon joining program: $11,495.00 USD
