But here’s the catch: Once you’ve got people helping you, you’re responsible for their work environment and culture. And that doesn’t just mean setting up a nice office — it also means being the type of leader who cultivates healthy, motivated mindsets within their team. Your employees don’t think like you do, but you have to think like them. You must identify and provide what they need from you, to ultimately further your brand’s success.
