  • To comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights
  • To conduct B2B business development and outbound prospecting
04 Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable privacy laws require it (GDPR for EEA/UK users; CCPA for California residents), we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver purchased products and services
  • Legitimate interests: B2B prospecting, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing to existing customers
  • Consent: Email marketing to new subscribers; non-essential cookies
  • Legal obligation: Tax, financial reporting, and other applicable law compliance
05 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core site functionality (form submissions, session management)
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and similar tools to measure traffic and user behavior
  • Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and retargeting pixels
  • Third-party embeds: YouTube video players and Calendly scheduling tools may set their own cookies

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit site functionality.

06 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: Payment processors, email platforms (KEAP/GoHighLevel), CRM tools, hosting, and analytics — all bound by data processing agreements
  • Advertising platforms: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube for ad targeting and measurement (hashed/pseudonymized where possible)
  • Coaches & facilitators: Internal team members who need access to deliver contracted services
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect individual safety
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — with notice to affected individuals
07 Data Retention
  • Customer data: Retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Prospect/lead data: Up to 24 months from last contact, unless earlier deletion is requested
  • Website analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; raw session data per platform defaults (typically 14–26 months)
  • Email marketing: Retained until unsubscribe; contact is then suppressed (not deleted) to honor opt-out
08 Data Security
  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
  • Access controls and role-based permissions for internal systems
  • Third-party payment processing — we never store full payment card numbers
  • Regular review of data handling practices

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
