Chris Collins, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates chriscollinsinc.com and related digital properties. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being fully transparent about how we collect, use, and share it.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our website and purchasers of our products and services — including Service Drive Revolution OnDemand Training and the Chris Collins Signature Coaching Group.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, job title
- Company information: dealership/company name and location
- Payment & billing: processed securely via third-party payment processors — we do not store card numbers
- Form responses: surveys, questionnaires, lead-capture pages, and booking forms
- Communications: messages sent via email, phone, or our website contact forms
- Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and clickstream data

- LinkedIn Insight Tag data for ad measurement (Pixel IDs 1570940 / 1901161)
- Lead data from ZoomInfo and similar B2B data providers

- Contract performance: Processing necessary to deliver purchased products and services
- Legitimate interests: B2B prospecting, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing to existing customers
- Consent: Email marketing to new subscribers; non-essential cookies
- Legal obligation: Tax, financial reporting, and other applicable law compliance
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core site functionality (form submissions, session management)
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and similar tools to measure traffic and user behavior
- Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and retargeting pixels
- Third-party embeds: YouTube video players and Calendly scheduling tools may set their own cookies

- Coaches & facilitators: Internal team members who need access to deliver contracted services

- Customer data: Retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Prospect/lead data: Up to 24 months from last contact, unless earlier deletion is requested
- Website analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; raw session data per platform defaults (typically 14–26 months)
- Email marketing: Retained until unsubscribe; contact is then suppressed (not deleted) to honor opt-out
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Access controls and role-based permissions for internal systems
- Third-party payment processing — we never store full payment card numbers
- Regular review of data handling practices
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

This Candidate Privacy Notice applies to individuals who apply for employment or contract positions at Chris Collins, Inc. — whether through our careers page, SparkHire Recruit, ZoomInfo, job boards, employee referrals, or direct outreach. It supplements Part A and explains how we handle your personal data throughout the recruitment process.
Chris Collins, Inc. is the data controller for candidate personal data. We use SparkHire Recruit (powered by Comeet Technologies, Inc.) as our applicant tracking platform — Comeet acts as a data processor on our behalf. Review their policy at sparkhire.com/privacy.
- Contact details: full name, email, phone number, mailing address
- Professional profile: resume/CV, work history, education, certifications, skills, LinkedIn URL, portfolio links
- Application materials: cover letter, work samples, questionnaire responses
- Interview information: video responses (SparkHire), live interview notes, assessment results
- Reference information: reference names, contact details, and feedback received
- Compensation data: salary expectations and current compensation where lawful
- Candidacy status: pipeline stage, internal evaluations, hiring team discussions
- Source data: how your candidacy was submitted (job board, agency, referral, direct application)
- Communications: all email and message correspondence related to your application
You are not legally required to provide this information, but failure to do so may prevent us from evaluating or processing your application.

- To schedule and conduct interviews (including video via SparkHire)
- To communicate with you about your application status
- To conduct background or reference checks (where permitted by law, with consent where required)
- To comply with equal employment opportunity and other applicable legal requirements

The lawful bases we rely on include: (a) steps prior to entering a contract; (b) legal obligation; (c) legitimate interests; and (d) your consent for future outreach.
- SparkHire / Comeet: Our ATS platform processes your data as a data processor on our behalf
- Hiring team: Internal staff involved in evaluating and selecting candidates
- Recruiting agencies: If submitted by a third-party recruiter, we may share general status updates with them
- Background check providers: Where applicable, with your explicit consent
- Legal authorities: Where required by applicable law
We do not sell candidate data. We do not share candidate data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Active candidates: Data retained throughout the recruitment process
- Unsuccessful candidates: Retained 12 months after role closes, then deleted or pseudonymized unless you consent to longer retention
- Hired candidates: Data transitions to employee records, governed by our employee data policies
- Consent extension: With your consent, up to 24 months from your last activity for future opportunity outreach
You may withdraw consent for extended retention at any time. We will update our records within 30 days.
- Interviews conducted via SparkHire may be recorded and transcribed for hiring team review
- By participating, you consent to recording and transcription
- SparkHire may use AI to analyze responses and generate summaries shared with our hiring team
- Anonymized/aggregated data may be used by SparkHire to improve their platform
