About Chris
From Car Wash Kid to Industry Heavyweight.
Chris clawed his way from the wash pit to running the #1 BMW dealership in the world—then built a consulting empire that routinely 4x’s service center profits.
Chris “Bulldog” Collins is an entrepreneur, business Leadership coach, automotive service coach, author, and speaker with 30 years of experience. Also known as “The Business Artist,” Chris recognized the unmet potential of the automotive service department and founded the nation’s leading fixed operations coaching program. Under his instruction, even the most inefficient service drives became backbones of dealership profitability.Â
Following the success of his automotive service coaching business, Chris founded Syndicate X, an organization that applies the same principles of success to the individual entrepreneur. A pattern had emerged from three decades of coaching: to fix an enterprise, you have to fix the person running it. His approach combines the practical and the personal. From systems that incentivize performance, like gamification and behavioral performance models, to insights drawing on psychology, art, and history, Chris’s unique method fixes the problem by fixing the people and systems behind it.Â
